Here is a link to the City of Kalamazoo Public Services, which has a link to a map showing the leaf pick-up dates around the city and a link to a list of streets and the dates of leaf pick-up:

http://www.kalamazoocity.org/portal/government.php?page_id=312

According to this information, leaf pick-up has already been done in part of the neighborhood (Nov. 6), but the city has not been around yet. I will be calling them tomorrow about this and will post what I find out here.

They were in the neighborhood the 6th. I voted durning lunch and more than half the neighborhood was finished. By the time I got home from work, they were long gone. Must be a record time for them this year.

Yep, they picked up all 20 leafs from my property right on schedule. We called and were told that they would come by for another crack after they finish the current schedule, if weather permits.

In their defense, this has been an unusually mild fall and it's hard to predict when the bulk of the leaves decides to let go of their branches.
